Curtis joined EDM 2022 having spent the last eight years working in Manchester and Hong Kong providing real estate experience in consultancy and client-side roles.

In his previous role as Investment associate at Investar and Craig Leigth he was responsible for sourcing investment and sales and acquisition of assets. He has on hundreds of property deals including significant prime blocks in Manchester, Birmingham, Liverpool and London as well working for three years in Hong Kong overseeing oversees sales into the UK.

At EDM, Curtis is responsible for sourcing new investment and development opportunities with a particular focus on value-add and opportunistic deals throughout the UK.
