Ilyas has established Endeavour Development Management (EDM) into a well-known development company, currently advising and providing services in excess of 1000 residential units in and around Manchester.

EDM was set up to steer investors and developers through the development process to produce high specification, efficient buildings to last the test of time.

Ilyas, is a Chartered Surveyor and has a background of over 20 years in the construction industry where he has gained invaluable experience in producing highly efficient sustainable buildings.

Recently he has played a significant role in steering a number of residential schemes in Stockport, Trafford and City Centre Manchester through site acquisition, planning, funding and securing construction contract.
